Terms and policy
Refunds are not issued on wholesale purchases. Game4deal will only offer exchanges on merchandise deemed defective. Customer must receive RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) for exchange within 15 days upon receipt of merchandise. It is the responsibility of the customer to check for defects prior to selling to their end consumers. If Game4deal makes an error and ships the wrong product, we will replace it with the correct item if the product is in its original packaging, which means that the product must be unopened. The customers are responsible for shipping costs of all returns. If the correct item is temporarily out of stock, Game4deal will fill the order when the item returns to stock. If Game4deal cannot fill the order at any time, a store credit or refund will be authorized at the customer’s request. Please consult with your Game4deal wholesale representative before returning items for exchanges.
Game4deal acknowledges that in some cases customers may need to cancel an order prior to shipping. In such cases a 4% minimum cancellation fee will apply, if the order has not been shipped, the amount billed to the customer less 4% will be refunded.
